Amazon API Connections
Our Platform integrates with Amazon’s Attribution API and Selling Partner API. By using our Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable Amazon terms and policies, including the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement and the Amazon Advertising Agreement.
Account Responsibilities
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activities that occur under your account.
• Account Sharing: You are prohibited from sharing your account credentials with others.
• Use by Minors: The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
• False Information: Providing false information may result in the termination of your account.
Payment Terms
• Service Fees: You will be charged service fees as outlined in your service agreement. Payments are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and we are not responsible for any errors or delays caused by these processors.
Usage Restrictions

Service Availability

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for violating these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
